## Summary

#### Overview
**SANRAL seeks a service provider to establish an integrated Enterprise Architecture (EA) and Business Process Modelling (BPM) capability over 24 months.** Target bidders are organizations with proven EA and BPM delivery experience, including TOGAF/GWEA-based frameworks, BPMN modelling, data/application/technology/security architecture expertise, and strong change-management capabilities to support SANRAL’s Horizon 2030 and Digital Strategy 2030.

#### Requirements
- Demonstrated experience delivering EA and BPM transformations of similar size; provide client reference letters, appointment letters, and project summaries.
- Dedicated project team: Lead EA, Domain Architects (Business/Data/Application/Technology/Security), BPM Lead, Senior Business Analysts, Project Manager, Change Management Lead; include CVs and relevant certifications.
- Detailed deliverables across EA and BPM, aligned with the four project phases and integrated governance, repositories, and knowledge transfer.
- Change management, training, and capability transfer plans (train-the-trainer) to build internal SANRAL capabilities.
- Compliance: Tax (SARS PIN/TCS), CSD registration, B-BBEE, CIDB; potential security clearance up to CONFIDENTIAL/SECRET/TOP SECRET.
- JV/consortium rules: if applicable, signed JV agreements and clarity on ownership; separate declarations for DPIP/FPPO as required.
- Returnable documents: form SBD 1 and other mandatory forms as listed in the RFP.
