## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of multiple service providers to supply and deliver professional train and bus driver uniforms to PRASA for 24 months on an as-and-when-required basis.** Bidder suitability spans apparel manufacturers/suppliers with capability to source, embroider branding, and deliver at scale under public-sector rules; experience with fleet/transport uniforms and compliant supply chains is advantageous.

#### Requirements
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN/TCS) or equivalent; separate TCS for consignments/consortia; if no TCS, provide CSD number.
- CIDB registration (where applicable).
- Compliance with PPPFA, SBD 4, SBD 6.1 and other general conditions; confidentiality and related governance clauses.
- Submit full set of bid documents including Form A (Invitation), Form B (Terms), Form C (Pricing), Form D (Site/Pre-tender briefing), Form E (Statement of Works), Form F (Security Screening), Form G (Acknowledgement), plus SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 and Annexures A–G.
- Meet project-specific requirements such as region-based pricing, delivery SLA, and quality warranties as outlined in Annexure G (Scope of Works).
