## Summary

#### Overview
**The RFP seeks a service provider to supply and deliver professional train and bus driver uniforms for PRASA for 24 months on an “as and when required” basis.** Bidders should be apparel/uniform suppliers capable of manufacturing, stocking, and dispatching uniforms to PRASA, with compliance to general public sector procurement rules (BBBEE, tax, etc.) and adherence to the contract terms. #### Requirements
- Respondents must submit on official forms and be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD). If not on CSD, provide required identifiers; tax status via SARS TCS/PIN. 
- Compliance with tax obligations and, where applicable, BBBEE requirements.
- Complete returnable forms: Invitation/Form A, Terms/Form B, Tender Form/Form C, etc., plus security screening and acknowledgment forms. 
- Adhere to occupational health and safety and safety regulations as outlined in Annexures (e.g., health and safety acts). 
- Confidentiality and integrity obligations; no gifts to PRASA staff; price submissions without post-deadline changes unless contract allows.
