## Summary

#### Overview
**RFP to appoint service provider(s) for various safety-related and functional training programmes for PRASA employees in the Western Cape region, for 36 months on an as-and-when-required basis.** Open to training providers with relevant safety-training delivery capability and compliance with SA procurement rules (BBBEE, CIDB) and related standards.

#### Requirements
- Compulsory pre-proposal briefing (MS Teams) 07 Sep 2026; attendance proof required.  
- Submit in two sealed envelopes: Vol 1 – technical/compliance; Vol 2 – pricing (Form C).  
- Register on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and supply CSD number or Tax Compliance Status (PIN/TCS) where applicable; ensure tax compliance for all parties (consortia must each be compliant).  
- Complete mandatory returnables (SBD 4; SBD 6.1) and Pricing Schedule (Form C); Form A–G as per Annexures.  
- Security screening for bidders (Form F); PSIRA evidence if security provider.  
- Sign a formal contract if awarded (Draft Contract in Annexures; track changes allowed).  
- Maintain confidentiality; adhere to PFMA/GCC and related laws.  
- PRASA reserves rights to amend, negotiate BAFO, or cancel the bid; costs not reimbursed.
