## Summary

**Provision of Security Operations Centre (SOC) services to Land Bank for five years**. The RFP seeks a fully managed SOC providing 24x7x365 security monitoring, detection, investigation, containment, and reporting across the Bank’s technology environment, integrated with existing SIEM/MDR. The bidder must ingest at least 70 GB/day, support defined SLAs (Critical <1h, High <2h, Medium <4h, Low <8h) and deliver monthly SOC metrics. Mandatory criteria include full pricing, 24x7 coverage with SA-based support, disclosure of subcontractors, ISO27001 or SOC 2 or equivalent, POPIA compliance, data-location disclosures, and SA-based incident escalation.
