## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of a service provider to organise, commercialise and manage the Freedom Park Mountain Bike Challenge© for 36 months.** Bidders should have proven capability in sports event management, sports marketing, sponsorship acquisition, broadcasting rights, event commercialisation, marketing and communications, and stakeholder management, plus mandatory compliance (CSD registration and SARS tax clearance) to participate.

#### Requirements
- Minimum competency in sports event management, marketing, sponsorship, broadcasting, event commercialisation, marketing/communications, and stakeholder management.
- Demonstrable relevant experience with reference letters and a strong mountain-biking or similar sports events network.
- Compliance: registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with a valid CSD number; SARS Tax Clearance (PIN) and/or TCS; sign all SBD forms; no disqualifying conflicts or state employment of principals/directors.
- Returnable documentation: Company registration certificate; original Tax Clearance; CSD details; Certificates for signing authority; SBD1, SBD2, SBD4, SBD6.1; proof of independent determination where required.
- Evaluation framework: Phase One functionality (minimum 75/100) followed by Phase Two commercial and preferential evaluation (80/20 or 90/10 as applicable).
