#### Overview
**This procurement covers design, layout (typesetting), proofreading and editing, and printing of the Mine Health and Safety Inspectorate (MHSI) Annual Report 2025/2026 for a six-month period.** It is open to service providers with publishing/printing expertise, able to deliver approx. 120-page A4 reports, three mock-ups and three proofs, a PDF version under 2 MB, plus 200 printed books and 100 USBs (±2 GB). Bidders must align with DMPR branding, and the contract may be awarded to more than one supplier (ToR_MHSI Annual Report.pdf).

#### Requirements
- Proven experience in printing/publishing annual reports or similar publications; provide contracts, testimonials.
- Demonstrated experience and qualifications of team leader and team members (CVs with references).
- Formal qualifications recognized by SAQA (team leader and team members).
- Deliverables: three design mock-ups, three proofs, final publication in PDF (≤2 MB), 200 books, 100 USBs; adhere to portrait A4, ±116–120 pages, specific paper weights, laminated covers, spiral binding, and inclusion of imagery (women in mining).
- Editing to precede typesetting; project plan and methodology; alignment with DMPR corporate identity.
- Confidentiality, security requirements, and SLA; potential security screening.
- Administrative/compliance: tax clearance, PIN/CSD in proposals; B-BBEE considerations.
- Price ceiling, timeframes, and milestone delivery as per SBD pricing and ToR.
