#### Requirements
- Proven experience in ash dam monitoring and dam safety evaluation; ability to deliver a 36-month program.
- Demonstrated competence in professional services contracts (NEC3 PSC3 framework) and quality assurance (ISO 9001 via Eskom Form A).
- Ability to provide a Quality Control Plan / Inspection and Test Plan (QCP/ITP) and relevant documentation (SOPs, method statements).
- Compliance with Eskom supplier pre-requisites: integrity declarations, local content declarations, and SBD bid forms; potentially CIDB-related qualifications and insurance cover.
- Health and safety planning documentation and risk management in line with OHS requirements.
