- CV and qualifications for a Technician (environmental sciences, environmental health, natural sciences, pest control or similar)
- Copy of Department of Environmental Affairs permit
- At least three reference letters or purchase orders for similar services
- SBD4 form completed and signed
- bidder’s CSD registration report
- SARS tax pin copy
- CIPC registration documents
- Compulsory briefing session
- Functionality and evaluation criteria: minimum 70/100 for functionality; 80/20 price-preference; preferential criteria (BBEE status, local Free State base, youth/women/people with disabilities ownership) with proof of claims required.
