#### Overview
**Lease of 3950m2 of land at Duncan Road, Port of Cape Town, for up to ten years to support port marine activities (landlord: Transnet National Ports Authority).** The RFP invites bids from entities with port/land leasing, development or facility-operations capability to lease the Premises, refurbish as needed, and operate in compliance with port regulations over the lease term. Suitable bidders should have port/land lease experience, ability to fund refurbishments, and strong governance and compliance capabilities. 

#### Requirements
- 2+ years in the proposed use; provide a company profile and verifiable evidence (e.g., lease/licence). 
- Minimum 2 reference letters not older than 5 years. 
- Bank rating confirming going concern (not older than 3 months). 
- Operations aligned to the Port Development Framework Plan (PDFP) with a port-related business plan. 
- Capital expenditure plan for refurbishment/upgrades for the lease term, with a WBS/schedule. 
- Maintenance plan for the premises. 
- Financial viability: cash flow projections for the lease term, signed by a finance professional. 
- Tax compliance: SARS PIN or tax clearance; CSD registration; separate TCS if in a JV/consortium; BBBEE status (certificate or sworn affidavit).
