**Procurement: lease of 4,795 m2 of Premises at the Port of Cape Town (corner Duncan & Vanguard Road) for up to 10 years.** Bidders with port/industrial property leasing experience, ability to refurbish/fit-for-purpose, and capability to meet port governance, environmental and tax/compliance requirements should consider bidding.

#### Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the proposed use with verifiable evidence (lease/licence, etc.).
- At least 2 reference letters (not older than 5 years) related to operations.
- Evidence of financial viability (cash flow projections signed by a finance professional) and a bank rating if available.
- Capital expenditure/upgrades plan and a maintenance plan covering the lease term.
- Tax compliance: SARS PIN and/or Tax Compliance Status; CSD registration if applicable.
- B-BBEE: valid certificate or sworn affidavit; JV arrangements if applicable.
- Environmental plan and adherence to port development framework (PDFP) and environmental considerations.
- Site inspections prior to submission; refurbishment at bidder’s cost; ability to meet legal/compliance requirements (DPIP/FPPO disclosures where relevant) and security considerations.
- Compliance with confidentiality, anti-collusion, and other statutory/Transnet conditions; potential for security clearance.
