#### Requirements
- CIDB: registration at or above the required level (2 SN or higher); joint ventures allowed if combined rating meets the requirement (NHBRC 04/2026.pdf).
- Registration with a waterproofing association and online verification of grading status (NHBRC 04/2026.pdf).
- Tax and compliance: VAT, SARS PIN, CSD registration or MAAA number, COIDA good standing, latest CIPC documents (NHBRC 04/2026.pdf).
- SBD forms: SBD1, SBD4 (Disclosures), SBD6.1 (Preference) completed as mandatory; returnable documents T2.1/T2.2 submitted (NHBRC 04/2026.pdf).
