**The Greater Tzaneen Municipality invites proposals for a Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) for a 36-month period.** Bidders should be software providers with CMMS capability, ability to supply, install, and maintain the system for municipal use, and meet mandatory documentation and qualifications.

- Company work experience – 35 points
- Key personnel and qualifications – 30 points
- Technical Proposal: Supply and Installation of CMMS – 20 points
- Administrative and pre-qualification documents (as listed in the bid): proof of tender document purchase, CIPC registration, IDs, latest CSD, tax clearance, municipal rates, joint venture if any.
