**The Independent Development Trust invites suitably qualified Non-Profit Organisations (NPOs) to participate in the EPWP Non-State Sector Programme for 2026/27–2028/29.** This open-tender selection targets NPOs working on community development, with regional awards limiting one NPO per region and up to four sites per selected NPO (25 participants per site).
