#### Requirements

- CIDB registration/grading where applicable.
- Municipal rates/taxes proof in the company name, not older than 3 months (or accepted alternatives).
- Identity documents of company directors; IDs not older than 6 months.
- Company registration documents (CIPC CK) showing active directors.
- Pricing Schedule and relevant MBD forms; evidence of compliance with specifications.
