#### Requirements
- Tax and registration:
- Valid SARS Tax Compliance PIN or TCS; where not available, CSD registration number.
- BBBEE certificate (SANAS-accredited or equivalent).
- Up-to-date municipal accounts for the individual, entity, and directors; proof of arrangements if in arrears.
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration valid on tender closing date.
- Registration/documents per entity type (natural person, company, partnership, CC, trust) and JV/Consortium where applicable.
- Company resolutions for bid signing; JV/Consortium agreement if relevant.
