## Summary

#### Overview
**Provision of cleansing services for MBDA managed sites (Uitenhage CBD, PE CBD, Stadium Precinct).** MBDA seeks proposals from cleaning service providers with appropriate industry experience, health and safety PPE, and statutory compliance to perform street cleaning, poster removal and related cleansing activities. A compulsory briefing is on 03 July 2026 at MBDA offices (or via Teams).

#### Requirements
- COIDA Letter of Good Standing
- Proof of BBBEE status (certificate or sworn affidavit)
- Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) prior to submission
- Municipal billing clearance/lease or equivalent
- Valid Tax Clearance Status
- Evidence of necessary operational capacity (staff, equipment, consumables)
- Public liability insurance of R5 million per claim (for the contract duration)
- Minimum equipment and vehicles (e.g., 3-ton truck or bakkie with trailer, high-pressure cleaner, weed remover, PPE, MBDA-branded uniforms)
- Adherence to government gazetted wage rates and CPI-based price escalations
- Local labour participation and community awareness requirements
- Monthly EPWP statistics reporting
- Bidders must complete and sign all bid documentation; price exclusive of VAT; bids valid for 120 days
