## Summary

#### Overview
**The State Security Agency is procuring a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tool via a Request for Quotation (RFQ).** Bidders should be vendors of RPA software and licensing models with the ability to supply, license and deploy an RPA platform, and provide relevant IT security/compliance credentials.

#### Requirements
- Tax compliance: provide SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or evidence; if no TCS, provide a Central Supplier Database (CSD) number.
- CSD registration number (if no TCS).
- BBBEE: submit a BBBEE Status Level certificate or sworn affidavit.
- Official bid documents: complete and submit SBD 4 (Bid Disclosure) and SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim Form); SBD 7 may be required.
- Health and Safety/Workman’s Compensation certificate where applicable; and other documents as required.
- Quotation validity and format: price valid for 30 days, on company letterhead with stamp, including delivery period and compliance with the specified format.
