#### Requirements
- Reserve price: R5,400,000; offers below this are not considered.
- All rates, taxes and municipal charges are payable by the lessee from possession.
- Heritage site/monument status; development must respect sightlines to Hazeldene Hall, height limit of 1 storey on the western area, and registered servitudes.
- Bidder must cover transfer, subdivision, rezoning/consolidation costs and all town-planning requirements.
