#### Requirements
- Tax/compliance: SARS Tax PIN/TCS; CSD registration; BBBEE certificate; up-to-date municipal accounts for the bidder, entity and directors; company resolutions for bid signing; JV/Consortium documentation if applicable.

- Financial: Reserve price is R3,870,000; offers below will be disqualified. Rates/taxes to be paid by lessee after possession.
