- Experience and staffing: demonstrated reinforced concrete and flexible pavement projects in the last 10 years; key staff with specified qualifications (Contracts Manager, Site Foreman, Health & Safety Officer) and professional registrations.
- Resource plan: demonstrate plant/equipment ownership or valid hire agreements; equipment age limits; emergency/holiday availability letter.
- Compliance/procurement: tax compliance (SARS PIN or CSD number if no PIN); returnable documents, forms, and pricing schedules completed; adherence to PPPFA/BBEE and contract data (NEC3 TSC).
- Site briefing: compulsory attendance (briefing 09 Sep 2026 10:30); attendance logged.
