#### Overview
**The Mandela Bay Theatre Complex is seeking quotations to clear overgrowth of landscape and clean gutters at the rear of the building (MBTC-SCM/133/2026).** Suitable bidders are service providers with landscaping/grounds maintenance capability, including vegetation clearance, gutter cleaning, waste disposal, and compliance with OH&S and PPE requirements, capable of operating in Gqeberha/Port Elizabeth. CSD registration is compulsory.

#### Requirements
- Compulsory MBTC RFQ forms completed on company letterhead; attach valid quotation.
- Price must be VAT-inclusive and include delivery; provide a price breakdown.
- Quotation valid for 90 days.
- Complete SBD4 and SBD6.1 (Preference Points form) and attach required documentation.
- CSD registration is compulsory.
- Provide all labour, equipment, tools, transport, waste disposal to approved facility; site to be cleaned thoroughly on completion.
- Comply with occupational health and safety requirements (PPE, safe practices).
- Site inspection available by appointment (email suppliers@mandelabaytheatre.co.za); images of overgrowth attached.

- Submit quotations to suppliers@mandelabaytheatre.co.za or hand deliver to 68 Cape Road, Gqeberha, Att. Ms. Lutho Daweti.
- Include completed SBD4 and SBD6.1, VAT and CSD numbers, and a price breakdown.  
- Closing date and time: 24/08/2026 at 11:00.
