## Summary

#### Overview
**RFQ to appoint a service provider for suitably qualified SAP resources on an 'as and when' basis over a six-month term to PRASA for SAP support and enhancements.** Bidders should be IT/ICT service providers with SAP-certified resources across core modules (FICO, MM, HCM, PM, RE/LUM, ESS/MSS, Ariba, SuccessFactors, SAP BTP) and ABAP/BASIS, with ability to deploy resources quickly and follow SAP Activate methodology.

#### Requirements
- SAP-certified resources in the required areas
- Right to interview/test proposed resources
- Provide resources within 5 days of request; replacements within 5 days
- Notice period of at least 4 weeks if incumbent terminates with bidder
- Adhere to SAP Activate for Enhancements
- Administrative: COIDA Letter of Good Standing; SARS PIN; CSD supplier registration; complete all RFQ docs; JV/Consortium if applicable
- Technical: Valid SAP Partner Edge Silver Service & Sell; CVs/certifications not older than 3 months
