- Compliance with data/infra standards: POPIA, SANS 1524, 62052, 62053, and 5-year data storage, 98% service availability with 95% minimum, disaster recovery provisions.
- Pre-qualification/administrative: valid Letter of Good Standing, CSD/VAT details, and B-BBEE where applicable.
