#### Overview
**This RFQ invites a contractor to refurbish the Airport Management Centre at Cape Town International Airport for 6 months.** Suitable bidders are building refurbishment contractors with CIDB Grade 1 GB or higher and proven capability in works such as floors, ceilings, electrical upgrades, joinery, kitchen plumbing, and security door installations.

#### Requirements
- CIDB contractor grading: 1 GB or higher (mandatory).  
- Attend compulsory briefing and site inspection (02 Sep 2026; CTIA).  
- Functionality: minimum 66/100; provide four reference letters for similar works in last 5 years; complete Form A5; Certificate of Compliance.  
- Tax and registrations: SARS Tax Compliance status (PIN or TCS) or CSD registration; separate TCS for consortia/sub-contractors.  
- Insurance: employer-arranged insurances (Contract Works, SASRIA, Public Liability, Professional Indemnity) per Annexure A; evidence required at award; comply with NEC3 contract data.  
- Other: no alternative bids; obtain and sign all contract documents; adhere to NEC3 ECSC3 terms and site/quality requirements; abide by ethics, confidentiality, and safety provisions.
