**Procurement of Mechanical Pump Repairs (as and when required) under an NEC3 Term Service Contract for 36 months at Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) / OR Tambo International Airport.** Bidders should be mechanical pump repair specialists with proven pump-station repair capability, workshop facilities, and qualified trades personnel (Fitter/Millwright and Electrician) supported by relevant experience and references. The contract covers workshop repairs, refurbishment, testing and certification of submersible and centrifugal pumps, to be managed by the contractor's own facilities. #### Requirements
- Evidence of proven pump-station repair experience, with verifiable reference letters (experience in installations/repairs/refurbishments; client letters; contactable references).  
- Qualified personnel: artisans with a valid Trade Test (Fitter or Millwright) and 2+ years pump-station experience; electrician with valid Wireman’s Licence and 2+ years pump electrical experience.  
- Demonstrated technical capacity: dedicated pump repair workshop; appropriate tooling and equipment; proof of workshop location, ownership/lease, and photos; motor test and pump test capabilities; calibration/verification of test equipment.  
- Documented quality systems covering inspection, refurbishment, testing and release; reliable sourcing arrangements for replacement components (OEM or approved suppliers).  
- Insurance and risk requirements: professional indemnity and employer insurances as specified; adherence to NEC3 risk and liability provisions.  
- Administrative/compliance: fully completed Form of Offer and Acceptance; adherence to tax compliance requirements (SARS PIN or CSD number); CIDB/tax registrations as applicable; confidentiality and ethics commitments.
