#### Requirements
- Demonstrated IMS/QMS gap-analysis experience with client references.
- Mandatory technical compliance: affiliation with **SANAS or Saiosh or SASQ** (proof to be provided).
- Access to qualified personnel; submission must include CVs and professional memberships.
- Compliance with tax and supplier databases: SARS Tax Compliance Status, CSD registration (or provide CSD details), VAT registration where applicable.
- Completion of all bid returnables on official forms; quotes must be in Rand, fixed price, including taxes.
- Minimum technical threshold: 80% in Stage 2 evaluation; price and specific-goals scoring as per 80/20 system.
