## Summary

#### Overview
**RFQ for SAP professional services resources to support stabilization, optimisation, integration and transformation of the SAP ECC6 landscape toward S/4HANA readiness for South African Airways.** Bidders should be SAP service providers with ECC6, MM/SD/PP/WM, FICO and Workflow/ABAP/PI capabilities, and proven airline/high-availability experience, able to supply senior SAP specialists for a 12-month engagement.

#### Requirements
- Three specialist roles: Senior SAP Logistics Consultant (K6) covering MM/SD/PP/WM; 15–20 years in SAP Logistics with ECC6 optimisation and airline exposure; MRO and cross-system integration.
- SAP FICO Consultant (K5) covering FI/CO; 15+ years in ECC6 finance transformation in multi-entity airline contexts.
- SAP (Workflow/ABAP/PI) Consultant (K5) with 15+ years in technical development, workflow, PI/PO, and S/4HANA readiness.
- Mandatory experience and evidence: combined proof including 3 testimonial letters; CVs; SAP certifications; IT degree/diploma; valid tax clearance.
- Documentation: include SAA Vendor (Annexure 1), SBD4 (Annexure 2), General Conditions of Contract (Annexure 3).
- Compliance: adhere to SAA General Conditions of Contract; provide original Tax Clearance if not valid.
- Commercial: provide onsite/hourly/daily rates per role; firm pricing; CVs per role; 3 CVs per role preferred.
- Evaluation: minimum functionality 75%; price and Specific Goals weight 80/20; B-BBEE (Level 1–2 = 10 points; 30% black women-owned = 10 points).
- Term and delivery: 12-month engagement; options for full-time, project-based or escalation support.
- Other: 180-day RFQ validity; questions handled per RFQ terms.
