#### Overview
**DSBD is procuring social media subscriptions and management tools for a 24-month period and invites bids from suppliers capable of supplying and supporting social media management platforms, premium subscriptions, digital advertising services and analytics.** The scope covers Meta (Facebook/Instagram), X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube/Google Ads, TikTok, plus a social-media management platform (Hootsuite or Sprout Social or equivalent) and Canva Pro licenses (minimum 5-user). Submissions must be made by the closing date: 02 October 2026 (11:00) to DSBDExternalRFQ@dsbd.gov.za, with enquiries to the same address or Mr Moaga for technical questions. The attached Annexure A/SR specifies the required solution and channels. 

#### Requirements
- Fully completed Standard Bidding Documents (SBD 4 and 6.1).
- Prices VAT inclusive; indicate VAT status if not registered.
- Evidence of B-BBEE status (Certified certificate or affidavit), SMME confirmation, and proof of Spatial status (6 months).
- Indicate delivery/implementation period and whether pricing is firm for the period of validity; quotations valid for 30 days.
- Quotation must comply with DSBD general conditions of contract; on the service provider’s letterhead; note 80/20 preference points (price vs BBBEE/SMMEs/Spatial/Youth).
- Declarations or deviations from specifications must be disclosed with reasons.
- Compulsory documents to be returned at Annexure A (and related schedule), including the required platform licenses and VAT considerations.
