#### Requirements

- Minimum five years’ experience in enterprise security solutions (ZTNA, secure web gateway, cloud firewall or cloud-delivered security); provide evidence via contracts/POs.
- Capability to provide ongoing support, monitoring and service management for the Zscaler platform; returnables: managed service offering, incident escalation/response, org chart, SLA matrix with response times, escalation timelines.
- Current Zscaler authorization/partner status; provide accreditation letters; demonstrated delivery to at least five enterprise customers.
- Licensing model with growth buffer (up to 10%), true-up mechanism, and coverage for ZIA/ZPA/ZDX, identity integration, SSL inspection; native dashboards/reports; licensing flexibility.
- Compliance with SAA General Conditions of Contract; valid tax clearance; submission of vendor documents (Annexures).
