#### Overview
**RFQ GSM078/2026 invites bids to supply, license, implement, and configure the Qualys VMDR TruRisk platform (including Policy Compliance and Web Application Scanning) for South African Airways (SAA).** The bid is open to Qualys accredited partners or authorised resellers with enterprise-scale VMDR, PC, and WAS experience, capable of delivering a fully managed Qualys service in collaboration with SAA ICT, and to support a minimum of 3,400 licenses with scalable growth.

#### Requirements
- Must be a Qualys accredited partner or authorised reseller with demonstrable experience in VMDR TruRisk, Policy Compliance, and WAS implementations in enterprise environments (evidence required).
- Demonstrate proven experience delivering enterprise vulnerability management, configuration compliance, and web app security at a scale comparable to SAA (evidence required).
- Demonstrate capability to provide a fully managed Qualys service, including licensing, initial configuration, Cloud Agent enablement, vulnerability scanning configuration, and WAS onboarding with SAA ICT.
- VMDR TruRisk licensing must cover a minimum of 3,400 in-scope assets, with a growth buffer up to 10% and license true-up at renewal; scalable without platform reimplementation.
- Compliance with SAA General Conditions of Contract (Annexure 3) and submission of required annexures (Annexure 1 Local Vendor, Annexure 2 SBD4, Annexure 3 GCC); correct Tax Clearance status as specified.
