**Appointment of a panel of caterers for the National Lotteries Commission for a period of four months.** This RFQ targets catering service providers capable of delivering breakfast, lunch, beverages, snacks, fruit, and special meals (vegetarian/vegan/Halaal, lactose-free) to the NLC venue in Hatfield, Pretoria. #### Requirements
- Prices must be VAT inclusive and aligned to the Pricing Schedule Catering.pdf.
- All products must be SABS approved.
- Provide standard breakfast and lunch options, including vegetarian/vegan/Halaal and lactose-intolerant meals.
- Include beverages, fruit, bottled water, dry/savoury snack platters, and fruit salad as needed.
- Delivery costs must be included in the bid; disbursement costs: cost plus markup not more than 10%.
- Tariffs for motor transport from the Department of Transport to be applicable during the contract period.
- Appointed caterers must submit a printout of directions from their premises to the designated venue.
