**The Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) invites bids for a service provider to conduct conflict-of-interest screening and reputational due diligence for up to 24 months.** Bidders should be consultancy firms with experience in integrity screening, conflict-of-interest investigations, reputational risk assessments, and strong data protection capabilities (POPIA), supported by relevant qualifications and references. 

#### Requirements
- Proven experience in integrity screening, conflict-of-interest checks, and reputational due diligence (with client reference letters).
- Minimum of three proposed key personnel with CVs showing three+ years of relevant experience; qualifications include NQF Level 6+ and professional registration in forensic/compliance fields.
- Demonstrated methodology covering screening, vetting, verification, risk assessment, secure handling of information, and defined turnaround times.
- Strong data protection and confidentiality controls; POPIA compliance framework/policies.
- Price and functionality evaluation: mandatory Stage 1 criteria; Stage 2 functionality (minimum 70/100); Stage 3 price with 80/20 (or 90/10) preference framework; Stage 4 negotiations (where applicable).
- Security vetting may be required due to ACSA’s National Key Points status.
