- Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement.  
- B-BBEE Certificate and scorecard or BBBEE affidavit.  
- Verifiable medical certificate (if claiming disability).  
- Tax Compliance Status PIN (SARS) or Central Supplier Database (CSD) number.  
- Certificate of Incorporation showing ownership; CSD report.  
- VAT Questionnaire.  
- ACSA Terms and Conditions.  
- Validity of information maintained for contract period (prices firm for 120 business days).  
- Returnable documents submitted as required (documented in the RFQ).  
- Proof of authority to sign (capacity under which bid is signed).
