## Summary

#### Overview
**ACSA is seeking the provision of a Marketing Agency to manage food and beverage marketing across all nine Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) airports.** Bidders should be marketing agencies with proven experience in multi-site campaigns, capability to operate across multiple airports, and compliance with SA procurement and tax/ BBBEE requirements.

#### Requirements
- Completed and signed pricing schedule (SBD 3.3)  
- Three signed reference letters for relevant marketing campaigns in past five years  
- Evidence of three fully executed campaigns (POE portfolio) with concept, timelines, plan, and measurable results  
- Operational resource plan showing core team, CVs, and capability to service all nine airports  
- Practical methodology for planning, coordinating and executing across all airports  
- Tax compliance: SARS PIN; if applicable, Tax Compliance Status or CSD number; VAT registration where relevant  
- Returnable documents: SBD 4, SBD 6.1, Confidentiality/NDA, BBBEE certificate or affidavit, CSD, VAT questionnaire, contract terms  
- Security/vetting considerations as required for NS/Vetting by ACSA
