- CaMS evaluation criteria require 5+ years (30 points) or 3–5 years (20 points) of CaMS experience; less than 3 years yields 0 points.
- Functional capabilities aligned to scope: sales/kiosk functionality, multi-channel employee ordering, dashboards/reports, special/bulk catering, mobile app integration, meal forecasting, real-time stock/ERP integration.
- Solution demonstration in a live environment (solution demo up to 30 points).
- Mandatory documents: SBD 3.3 (priced offer), Declaration of Interest, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, confidentiality NDA, BBBEE/affidavit, tax PIN, CSD number, VAT questionnaire, ACSA terms.
