## Summary

#### Overview
**Supply and delivery of branded diaries and calendars to the Unemployment Insurance Fund.** This RFQ seeks a printing/branding contractor with proven experience in branding/printing of diaries and tents/calendars, capable of delivering A4 and A5 formats with UIF-provided cover artwork and on-time delivery to Pretoria. Eligible bidders should be able to provide design/content input, produce samples, and meet the branding/printing quality requirements.

#### Requirements
- At least one reference letter with its Purchase Order, stamped and signed on official letterhead, indicating value and quality of branding/printing in the past 3 years (matching attached PO).
- VAT vendors encouraged to claim VAT.
- Quote on the provided SBD 3.1; failure to quote on SBD 3.1 will result in disqualification.
- Evaluation will follow PPPFA 80/20 (price vs. specific goals).
- Submissions must be via the E-Tender portal only; samples required upon evaluation.
- Tax compliance: provide SARS PIN/TCS status; if no TCS but in CSD, provide CSD number; separate TCS for joint ventures; no bids from state actors.
- Deliverables include A4 and A5 diaries with UIF covers to be provided; samples and final products required; final artwork and design can be supplied by UIF for covers.
