## Summary

#### Overview
**RFQ for the supply and delivery of security firearm training** to PRASA. The contract covers full beginner training and refresher courses for 2112 trainees, with training capability in Gauteng (Tshwane, Germiston, Johannesburg) on an “as and when required” basis for up to six months. Pricing must be in South African Rand, with VAT where applicable; bids are to be hand-delivered and remain valid for 60 working days.

#### Requirements
- Accreditation: PFTC (Professional Firearm Training Council), SAPS Accredited Training Provider, SAPS_NRCS approved Shooting Range, accredited training material with MOU.
- Trainers: PFTC accreditation for trainers/assessors; proof the trainer is employed by the provider.
- Location/Facilities: provider based in Gauteng (Tshwane, Germiston, Johannesburg) with facilities for 30 learners per class; site/facilities inspection during evaluation.
- Equipment/Content: provide arms and ammunition for practical exercises; deliver full training and refresher modules as specified.
- Compliance: valid Tax Clearance or SARS PIN; CSD registration (or register within 14 days if not yet registered); original company docs and director IDs.
- Bid format: complete RFQ documentation; price and specific goals in line with PPPFA 2022; use official forms.
- Returnable documents: mandatory items to be submitted with the quotation.

#### How to Apply
- Deadline: 29 July 2026, 10:00 (hand delivery only to Ms Lulama Lufundo, 30 Wolmarans Street, Umjantshi Building, Reception).
- Submissions: on official bid forms; pricing schedule; SBD documents; CSD/SARS PIN or Tax Clearance; JV agreements if applicable.
