## Summary

#### Overview
**RFQ for the supply, delivery and commissioning of three AdBlue self-bunded bulk storage tanks with dispensing equipment for PRASA depots (Cape Town, Harmony Johannesburg, Pretoria).** Eligible bidders should have an ISO 22241–compliant AdBlue storage/dispensing system, be able to supply/commission three 20,000 L tanks with dispensing equipment, and meet PRASA’s tax, registration and B-BBEE requirements. #### Requirements
- ISO 22241–compliant storage and dispensing system for AdBlue.  
- Pricing Schedule on company letterhead.  
- Reference letters for prior AdBlue self-bunded storage projects with dispensing equipment (customer letterhead, scope, contact, emails/phones).  
- Site visit for product verification (PRASA may verify at bidder’s reference site).  
- Complete RFQ documentation, SARS PIN, company registration, directors’ IDs, CSD number.  
- Tax compliance: SARS PIN or CSD registration; other party specifics as stated.  
- B-BBEE status level 2 or higher (20 points).  
- Delivery terms: earliest possible delivery; compliance with PRASA General Conditions of Purchase.  
- Returnable documents and warranties as specified.  
- Pricing must be in ZAR, inclusive of taxes, and deliveries/inspections per PRASA terms. (See Annexure B and the RFQ text in HO-CITYOCITY-TECH-11-09-2026.pdf)
