#### Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as an aircraft rotables/aviation assets valuer with IAS 16/IFRS competencies.
- Provide an IAS 16-compliant valuation methodology (initial recognition at cost or revaluation; use market-based or depreciation approaches; apply IFRS 13 techniques where needed).
- Deliver: valuation report, asset-level schedules, data reconciliation, and guidance on useful lives and residual values.
- Compliance with SAA General Conditions of Contract and related annexures; submit Tax Clearance as required and complete the SBD4 disclosure (Annexure 2).
- Pricing: include hourly and daily rate structure as part of the quote; prepare an audit-ready pricing approach.
- Evaluation readiness: meet the minimum 70% functionality threshold; may include post-tender negotiations.
