## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of four internal audit engagements by Johannesburg Tourism Company (JTC) to obtain internal audit services.** A qualified internal audit provider registered to operate in the government/municipal sector is sought to deliver four engagements, including 2025/26 AFS review, 2025/26 Annual Performance Report review, IT general controls and IT governance review, and Procurement/Contract Management review. #### Requirements
- Four internal audit engagements as scoped (AFS review, Performance Report, ITGC/IT governance, procurement/contract management).
- Demonstrated experience in government/municipal auditing; staff with relevant qualifications and independence.
- CVs for proposed team (max 1 page each) including roles, years, qualifications, memberships.
- Proof of prior internal audit work in government/municipal entities; client references with contact details.
- Registration with the Institute of Internal Auditors; valid BBBEE certificate or affidavit.
- Registration on Central Supplier Database (CSD) and SARS tax clearance.
- Fully completed MBD forms (3.3, 4, 6.1, 8, 9) and declaration on municipal accounts.
- Prices must be firm, inclusive of VAT; no upfront payments; delivery/coordination in Sandton.
- Off-loading/delivery labour to be provided by the successful bidder (where applicable).
