#### Overview
** Johannesburg Tourism Company (JTC) seeks quotes from a registered travel management service to handle travel, accommodation, breakfast, transfers, travel insurance and UK visa arrangements for officials attending World Travel Market London 2026 (01–06 Nov 2026).** Eligible bidders should be experienced travel management providers, preferably SATSA/ATTA/IATA registered, with valid SARS tax clearance, Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration, and BBBEE documentation. #### Requirements
- Qualified, registered travel management company; able to deliver on flights, accommodation (4-star, near Excel Centre, no B&B), transfers, travel insurance, UK visa.
- Direct JNB–London flights preferred; or connections with minimum 3 hours layovers; include extra luggage as specified.
- Prices must be firm, inclusive of VAT; no upfront payments; payment on invoice after delivery.
- Provide Central Supplier Database, Tax Clearance, BBBEE, CSD, municipal accounts for company and directors; two references for similar work.
- Optional advantage: registration with SATSA/ATTA/IATA; evaluated under 80:20 with preferential goals (ownership, location in Johannesburg, SMME status).
- Completing MBD forms (MBD4, MBD8, MBD9) and anti-collusion declarations required. (see accompanying RFQ documents)
