## Summary

#### Overview
**This RFQ seeks qualified transport providers to supply airport transfers and shuttle services for two conferences (AfricaLics: 01–13 Nov 2026; IATUL: 14–20 Nov 2026) plus a Red Bus Tour, for hotels around Sandton, Rosebank and Auckland Park/UJ, including venue transfers.** Suitable bidders should be tour/transport operators with vehicle fleets capable of 12+ passenger movements, and registration with relevant South African authorities.

#### Requirements
- Drivers’ valid PDP for vehicles carrying 12+ passengers and valid vehicle licenses.
- Valid Road Transportation Permit/Operating License for each vehicle.
- Vehicles to be air-conditioned with luggage compartments; capable of multi-trip scheduling per flight timetable.
- VAT-registered with prices quoted in SA rand and inclusive of VAT; firm prices.
- Tax clearance and SARS compliance; Central Supplier Database registration; municipal accounts in order.
- Public liability insurance; proof of insurance.
- Compliance with municipal bidding rules (MBD forms, BBBEE as applicable) and non-disqualifying criteria.
- Bidder must quote for ALL items in the pricing schedule.
