#### Requirements
- Kaspersky Next Optimum Security (EDR + MDR) license and related items (Automated Security Awareness Platform, Maintenance Service Agreement, Annual SLA) as listed in the Terms of Reference.
- Gold/Platinum partner qualification: mandatory letter from supplier and an Authorized Kaspersky Partner.
- Compliance documents (Compulsory returnable documents): National Treasury CSD number, company name, SARS Tax Compliance PIN, SDB 4, SDB 6.1 (Preference Points), and SBD 6.1.
- Source documents to attach: CIPC registration, documents proving Woman/Youth/People with Disabilities/Black Ownership.
- Non-submission of source documents yields zero points for specified goals.
- Price must be quoted inclusive of VAT and be valid for at least 30 days post-closing.
- SCM and technical queries must be directed to specified IDT contacts; no queries within 12 hours of closing.
