- Provide CSD registration details, CIDB pre-qualification, and tax clearance; comply with anti-defaulter and conflict-of-interest provisions in SBD4.
- Ensure hand delivery of bids to the specified address by the deadline; adhere to the format and signature requirements in the attached forms.
- Ensure all BBEE and related disclosures are current and that active CSD entries for directors/owners are disclosed.
