## Summary

#### Overview
**PRASA is seeking a service provider to deliver a 30-day Social Media Marketing Training (SETA-accredited).** The ideal bidders are SETA-accredited training providers with demonstrated experience delivering social media marketing training, and that can meet PRASA’s tax and supplier registration requirements.

#### Requirements
- Social Media in The Workplace Training (30 days) with SETA accreditation 103103; must provide proof of accreditation.
- Completed Pricing and Delivery Schedule form (Section 4) and BOQ/Pricing Schedule (Section 10).
- Signed RFQ documents and Standard Bid Documents (SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1) and any JV/consortium agreements if applicable.
- Tax/compliance: SARS PIN; Tax Compliance Status (TCS) via SARS or provide CSD number if no TCS PIN; COIDA Letter of Good Standing.
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration number; be mindful that Bidders may be disqualified if not compliant.
- Compliance with PPFA/GCC and related conditions; no disqualifying service-of-state conflicts.
- Evidence of organizational experience with similar projects (Stage 2).
