- Demonstrated typography and layout quality across multiple projects (minimum five portfolio examples).  
- Administrative/compliance: CSD registration with supplier number, Tax Status PIN, tax registration number; valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; signed RFQ; detailed company profile; pricing schedule.  
- Deliverables and timeline: translate content into layouts using the provided design system; print-ready files; site visits and printer proofing; IP rights remain with Iziko; project kickoff and production oversight; 12-week delivery window.
