**RFQ for the appointment of a service provider for underground optical fiber installation training for PRASA’s Telecoms Department, Gauteng region.** Bidders should be training providers accredited with MiCTSETA or QCTO, or offering a vendor-proprietary system for Underground Fiber training, and must meet PRASA’s tax and supplier registration requirements.

#### Requirements

- Signed RFQ documents and Standard Bid Documents (SBD) forms. 
- Letter of Good Standing: COIDA. 
- SARS PIN (Tax compliance) and/or tax compliance status; submit TCS PIN or CSD number. 
- If bidding as a joint venture/consortium/subcontractor, each party must submit separate TCS/CSD. 
- CSD registration number if no TCS PIN. 
- No bids from persons in the service of the state. 
- Technical functionality minimum threshold: 70% (Stage 2), plus organizational experience and training experience scoring.
