#### Requirements
- Accredited CCTV training provider; accreditation letter or vendor training certification required.  
- Must submit Section 4 Pricing and Delivery Schedule and Section 10 BOQ/Pricing; prices in Rand, fixed, inclusive of taxes.  
- Tax compliance: SARS PIN or CSD registration; COIDA good standing; separate TCS for joint ventures/sub-contractors.  
- Complete RFQ documents and all declarations; include JV/Consortium agreements if applicable.  
- Specific goals preferences apply (e.g., Black Women-owned 10 pts; Black Owned 10 pts) with supporting evidence (e.g., BBBEE documents).  
- Technical threshold: minimum 70% in Stage 2 (compliance to specification and organizational experience).  
- Delivery terms: earliest possible delivery; PRASA General Conditions apply (Section 5).
