#### Overview
**PRASA seeks a service provider to repair and replace depot lights at Harmony/Coronationville depots, including depot, workshop and bodyshop lighting, with the work priced on a two-item Bill of Quantities.** Suitable bidders are electrical/lighting contractors with CIDB capability, and who can supply and install lighting, meet tax/compliance requirements, and provide the necessary supplier registrations.

#### Requirements
- CIDB Grade 1EP or higher valid on submission date.
- Tax/compliance: provide SARS PIN for tax status; or, if no PIN, provide CSD number; separate TCS for consortium/JV/sub-contractors; ensure full tax compliance.
- Returnable/mandatory documents: quotation on company letterhead; completion of all RFP documentation; proof of authority to sign.
- Registrations: CSD registration (where applicable) and SARS-based compliance; proof required for consortiums (each party).
- Specific goals (for preference points): at least B-BBEE Level 1 or 2; at least 51% owned by Black Women; evidence (B-BBEE certificate or affidavits, IDs not older than 3 months).
- Contingencies: funding subject to budget/ PFMA conditions; award may be cancelled if funding is unavailable.
